General Conditions:

• All the above rates are per Room per Night inclusive of service charge and taxes on bed & Buffet Breakfast basis.
• Applicable to children sharing parent’s room:
• Max 1 Child per room without extra bed:
  • Child 00 – 06 years – Free stay
  • Child 06 – 12 years – Pay 50% of Adult rate
• Check-in time should be at 02:00 pm and check-out time at 12:00 noon time.
• Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to the hotel availability.
• Confirmed reservations will be held for 72 hours from reservation date and must be guaranteed by payment for the first night with contracted room rate, this guarantee of payment can be received by either cash or valid credit card.
• One night will be charged with contracted room rate upon receiving a confirmation from the hotel by the guest, 48 hours prior to arrival date.
• The guest has the right to cancel or amend the booking with full refund prior to 72 hours of the arrival date.
• Failure to cancel the guaranteed reservation 72 hours prior to arrival date will result in charging the client one night of contracted room rate with taxes.

General Conditions:

• All above – mentioned rates (rack rate & corporate rate) are per room per night on bed &breakfast basis – inclusive of services charge and taxes.
• All above rates are quoted in Egyptian pound for Egyptians and resident and in US dollar for foreigner, net Non – commissionable.
• All above suite rates are per suite, single or double occupancy, based on bed & breakfast, inclusive of services charge and taxes.
• In case of increases in government local taxes the hotel reserves the right at any given moment to amend the rates, according to and reflecting the increase in the taxes. 

Rate duration:

• Low
  • From 01/01/2016 till 15/05/2016.
  • From 1/10/2016 till 31/12/2016
• High
  •   16/05/2016 till 30/09/2016 

Rack Rate Validity:

• During Peak period (Public holidays or events and conference dates) Rack rate only are valid for any booking requested.

Check-in / Check out:   

Check-in time is at  14:00 hrs

Check-out time is at 12:00 hrs (noon-time)

''Late check-out'' charges will apply for guests vacating rooms after 12:00 hrs (noon)

Hotel will facilitate, if and when reasonably possible ,early arrivals before 14:00 hrs

Late Check-out supplement charges:

Until 15:00 hrs / 50% of the contract room rate

After 18:00 hrs / will charge full contract room rate

Late check-out should be as per the availability accord the front office (Reception)

Children policy: 

Maximum number of children sharing parent's room is (2)

Infants up to 6 years are totally free sharing parent's room

Children from 6 up to 12 years will be charged by 75 LE BB on accommodation sharing parents room

Children over 12 years will be charged same rate as adult

Baby cots are available

Group Policy: 

Will be handled on individual basis and upon hotel availability

Amendment policy:

Amendment allowed without cancellation fees based on confirmation rate and are subject to hotel availability

All above rates are not applicable during the International conference. All Peak Periods Supplement for Egyptian is 300 L.E. & for Foreigners is 30 $: 1. Summer period - Easter - Long week-end & public holidays 2. Eid Elfet and Eid Adha” supplement is 500 L.E.
